Projected Outcome: Qualifying students for the application of risk management methodology.

Course Contents/Structure

Theoretical education: The content and scope of risk management. Establishing the context of risk management. Risk identification. The analysis (determination of the frequency of 1 and vulnerabilities, 2. criticality and damage) and the risk score. Risk assessment methods (concept and division). Checklist. Preliminary analysis of hazards. Structured interviews and brainstorming. Delphi technique, brainstorming, panel / nominal group technique, "SWIFT" with the structure of "what if." Analysis of human reliability (HRA). The analysis of the main causes of (individual analysis of the loss). Scenario analysis. Toxicological Risk Assessment. Analysis of the impact on business. Tree analysis errors. Event tree analysis. Analysis of causes and effects. Analysis of the causes and impacts of FMEA (FMECA). Reliability analysis. Analysis of Invisible errors. HAZOP Studies hazard and operability. HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. Lopa. Analysis of the level of protection. Marko's analysis. Monte Carlo analysis. Bayes analysis.Singlecriteria, multicriteria and risk assessment methods. Decision-making and implementation of decisions about treatment risks.

Practical training: Application of standards for risk management on concrete examples.
