Educational Objective: Acquiring knowledge about basic knowledge about the state and law (basic theoretical, public law and private law concepts).

Projected Outcome: The overwhelming contents of the subject enable the study of concrete positive legal disciplines.

Course Contents/Structure
Theoretical education: State and law in traditional formation, state and law in modern formation; concept of the state and concept of law; organization of the state and formsstate, social and legal functions of the state; legal norm; legal acts (general and individual); subjects of law, rights and obligations, object of law; interpretation of law; concept, elements and types of legal system.
Practical training: Dissemination and verification of acquired knowledge hrough concrete examples and legal solutions.
