Educational Objective: Acquisition of specialized theoretical knowledge on the possibilities, scope and content of the criminal reactions to organized crime, terrorism and corruption.

Projected Outcome: Saved content is a prerequisite for understanding the basic characteristics of the criminal justice response to severe forms of crime and identifying the basic features of criminal offenses in this category.

Course Contents/Structure

Theoretical education: Basic Criminal Law Institutions (Concept of criminal offense, complicity, acquisition, concept and types of criminal sanctions), Criminal law reaction of corruption, Criminal law reaction on terrorism, Criminal law reaction on organized crime, Selected incriminations, sanctioning criminal behavior in these three categories in national criminal legislation.

Teaching Methods: Lecture, presentation, analysis of case law.
