Educational Objective: Acquiring knowledge and skills on specific types of crime, their prevention and suppression, as well as developing the knowledge and skills necessary for successful implementation of operational and evidence measures and actions in investigations of same forms of crime and specific categories of criminal offenses.

Projected Outcome: To achieve an adequate level of knowledgeand skills for the legaland professional application of operational and evidence measures and actions in the process of detection, clarification and proof same forms of crime and specific categories of criminal offenses.

Course Contents/Structure

Theoretical education: The place and importance of Metodics of Criminal Investigation in criminal investigation science; Concept, subject and tasks of Metodics of Criminal Investigation; Criminal investigation - the term and types; Criminal investigation of murders; Criminal investigation of abduction; Criminal investigation of rape; Criminal investigation of theft; Criminal investigation of robbery and theft of robbery; Criminal investigation scams; Criminal investigation of unauthorized use and theft of a motor vehicle; Criminal investigation of extortion; Criminal investigation of blackmail; Criminal investigations of illegal production and trafficking in narcotic drugs; Criminal investigation of traffic accidents with the perpetrator of the refugee; Criminalistic aspects of the fight against terrorism; Criminal investigation of the receipt and giving of bribes; Criminal investigation of human trafficking; Criminal investigation arson and explosions.

Practical training: Solving the tasks of given tactical situations by individual crimes; Analysis of completed criminal investigations of same forms of crime and specific categories of criminal offenses and criminal-relevant events.
