Educational Objective: Gaining an insight into the work of a modern scientific research laboratory, focusing on fundamental sciences. Gaining necessary experience and knowledge requisite for scientific research.

Projected Outcome: The students are qualified for adequate implementation of the acquired knowledge in laboratory analyses. They have developed awareness of the necessity of theoretical knowledge and mathematic methods used for the purpose of processing obtained lab results.

Contents of Professional Practice: Becoming familiar with the work of a scientific laboratory, the organization and specific jobs of certain laboratories. Introducing the students to the processes of laboratory analyses and allowing their independent work with assistance provided by experts from the scientific institution. The selection of scientific research institutions is to be made in accordance with the interests of the students and the cooperation is to be established between the ACPS and the appropriate institutions.
