Course Contents/Structure
Theoretical education: The concept of human and material resources; Object, characteristics and significance of human and material resources; Factors of human and material resources; Activities of human and material resources; organization functions of human and material resources; Career management and protection of the health and safety of employees; Education and training of employees. Planning and recruitment of human resources; Rewarding and motivating employees; Protection of employees; Planning and protection of material resources.
Practical training: Analysis of the system and acts of management personnel and material resources.
