Course Contents/Structure
Theoretical education: The Notion, themas, development of the Administrative Law; Definition of administration and principle of legality; Administrative public authorities and co-relation of state administation bodies towards other state bodies and non-governmental administration (local self-government);Administrative acts; General administrative procedure; Control over administration; Administrative disputes; Definition, themas, principles of Police Law; Police officers; Police powers; human resouce management in police; Disciplinary liability of police officers;Legal aspects of the internal affairs (border, fire weapon, migration, asylym, citizenship,etc..); External and internal control over the police operation.
Practical training: Assessment of knowledge gained during the course of Administrative law and using the case study on administrative practice.
